Evaluation & Assessment Services
Through the use of our manometer surveys, invasive inspections,
and photographic surveys, we can document distress, discuss probable
causes and assign probabilities of risk for further future distress
from the geotechnical and structural vantage points.
From one-time
inspections to periodic or continued monitoring, we are able
to provide the necessary input to pinpoint the problems.
Our services, as independent or third party review consultants,
assist clients in identifying causes of distress in resolving
issues without litigation. Our capabilities for forensic studies
and expert witness testimony center around technical evaluations,
as well as practical, clear, and concise descriptions that can
be understood by all parties involved.
We strive to avoid “clouding
the issue” by using layman terminology and frequently,
through this approach, are able to minimize intensive and
costly on-going disputes.
